Cheers Tom! For me, riding is my mental health break so that is very good to know. I won't be disappearing up Mt Mee or anything though, more around if something were to go wrong I don't want to have to get medical assistance right now! But an extended local suburban ride is definitely a goer!

Nige, you guys may have different rules but up here club rego plates are explicitly banned from being used as commuter vehicles, even in normal times, so enjoy it! That's one reason I won't put my bikes on club rego, I like to be able to do the commute on them if I feel like it.

Itís not the same but Ride 3 on PS4 has an 1100 Kat.
That and the odd commute to work will have to do.

Sad times but I hope everyone stays safe and pulls through with their job at the end of it all.

Thanks for that article Tom. So if I ride past power O at 7 with a mate on my exercise ride and another two bikes tag on 500 MTRS later ECT and I stop at the pit stop and there just happens to be a couple of other bikes there socially distancing I should be ok?

Pitstop should be closed except for take away coffee! No?

I’m going to bet that you won’t get away with leisure riding at the moment. Simply because there will be the idiots that ruin it and we’ll be blanket ruled.

Yeah Derek mentioned Pitstop is takeaways only.

I'm not going to tempt fate, will stick to local rides. Working from home means no commute which sucks. I had to duck out and grab a couple of things this morning so I just went the long way... suburbia, traffic lights, but bugger all traffic so it was still good for the mental health and a bit of exercise.

By the way, really good to hear from you Ben!

Copy that pete and yes good to hear you Ben. And bugger it next Saturday I have off I'll be buzzing the tower at power O armed with Tom's said article for proof. Most of those roads aren't well frequented by the us and them except across the top. Alternative is a Campbell pocket top and return and the boys know a few back roads and trails. I'm not sick, I'm sometimes sensible and I'm not living in communist China. Live to ride ride to live.

Thats bullshit as they cant stop that.
They dont give a rats arse as long as you not going for a " in ya face "cruise.
Its still a legal form of transport that can be ridden 60 days a year.
So no need to be paranoid fellas.

    Nige
The WA body who has the overall control of historic registration has grounded all special regoed bikes and cars which are now effective be charged with riding / driving an unregistered vehicle here.

We are completely banned from using historic registered vehicles to and from work at any time.

As for any non essential commuting; they have basically banned this. However, exercising is not and I need to exercise my brain (well the un-pickled part anyway)
Preservation over restoration - they are only original once
