Thinking of selling my 1100 Slabby

Iím considering selling my 1987 GSXR1100H (Slabby)
It has 60k km on it and is unrestored.
As it sits now, Iíve modified the following-
-1993 GSXR1100 wheels (originals included in good condition including discs)
-GSXR1000 radial master cylinder (Original included)
    -1990-91 GSXR1100 (1127) engine
-4-1-2 stainless (painted black) exhaust made here in Brisbane (original included)
-SRAD 600 rear spring on Slabby shock (Original included)
-Funky Monk Racing billet rear suspension linkage (raises the rear and the original is included)
-Tinted screen (original included plus a spare tinted screen)
-Braided brake and clutch lines (Originals- I definitely have the front, I may have the rear but I donít have the clutch)

As stated I have almost all original bits to return to original, except the 1052cc engine.
The rear cowl is on and the grab rail is included and the rear guard has not been cut.

    Some extras included are
-Vintage WP (White Power) rear shock
-Single piece rear seat cowl with a second seat and rear guard that has been cut (I havenít finished fitting this up)
-36mm CV carbs (get the bigger engine breathing)
-Bandit Tokico callipers and adaptor blocks to fit (some minor work required)

    Condition-
    Mechanically
-Excellent. Runs sweet, pulls hard and had a new clutch about 18k km ago.
    Aesthetically
-Dent in right side of tank
-Paint is sound but clear is peeling where some of the white sticker strips are
    -Surface corrosion here and there
-2 keys will all 3x original locks

Iím selling as itís getting hard to ride due to height and some aches and pains.
I will consider swaps for a physically bigger bike (GSX1400, VZX1800, GL1200 (May not be bigger but Iíve not sat on one), Hayabusa, try me if you have something of interest)

Bike is in North Brisbane. If I know you, you can test ride anytime, if not we can organise a ride at the Power O Saturday mornings.

    Cheers all.

That's a shame Ben but I understand, especially the height/aches and pains bit! Someone will get a good deal I reckon...

Cheers Pete, not a decision taken lightly as you can see from the bits I’ve collected to liven it up.
If it doesn’t sell I’ll continue the build and just ride it shorter distances.

Hi Ben, bugger about the body not getting along with the Slabbie, and after all the sexy bits you chased down for it as well. If I was in the market for a Slabbie in the best colour scheme they made you would have my money that's for sure. And you would have first offer to buy her back,.................... coz can anything really replace the Slabbie?

    Cheers mate.

    Glenn,
Yeah it’s a bugger but I took it for a fair ride on Sunday and did not enjoy it one bit. I think reality has won over reminiscing.

    Tom,
Mine is quite ratty in appearance to yours so I think the price reflects that.

I just got offered a 2007 Hayabusa (last of the Gen 1) with a full system and gear sack rack.

You can fit Buell XB pegs to them which drops them another 25mm from standard for a total increase peg to seat height of 100mm.
My knees would thank me for sure.
