    Hello Gary,
Really lovely looking Kat, great condition. It photographs very well. A very good story too of being able to recover something you had thought gone. I hope you have a matching yellow helmet with dark visor?
    Cheers

thanks Rob .... It is in pretty good shape but it has had a bomb spent on it in the last few years. No yellow helmet as yet, I guess I better start looking, any suggestions?

    Hi Gary,
No suggestions, just something that goes with the Kat, and is bright yellow! Best thing is, solid colours, when buying a helmet are actually cheaper than all those silly graphics.

I painted a helmet a many years ago to match 13L, then painted a Felix the Cat on it. Then a while ago bought a new helmet from Mick Hone that is a Arai, in silver. Very close to Kat 13L. Makes it a complete ensemble!!

    Cheers

Hi Gary, Try getting in contact with your Helmut importer and see if they have a place they recommend for you to go and get it painted or if they can order you one in.
