    Hhmmm
No expert, but for low K's there are a couple of cosmetic things that don't gel for me.
Agree, all good to last line

    Ker ching!
51,000Km is reasonably low km and non-original exhaust for $20,500.
Hmmmm I hear there is a very original WW Kat for sale in Brisbane with original everything, even has a front mudflap (after 12 months I just noticed that while I was polishing the wheels the other day - sad) and the 27mm spanner in the toolkit (stop salivating Glen). 29,000km A true collectable in excellent condition - price $25,000 (comes with spare LHS exhaust as well)
    Gone riding!

When you consider a GSXR1000 is now $20,000 retail. The value of "Low mileage true survivor bikes", some of the good resto"s ( NOT SOMETHING THATS BEEN "TIZZIED UP" ) and the best restorods...ALL will have to increase in value. You just have to look closely at the quality of some of the JDM bikes that are now offered for sale. The good ones are now expensive and most aren't as clean and tidy as a few years ago. The bikes now offered for sale most compare to the quality of the bikes that were once imported for track work or parts/wrecking or refurbishment. Buyers from all over the world are trying to buy the same bikes out of Japan,s ever decreasing pool of available motorcycles and the good ones that come up are snapped up for big dollars, leaving the bottom feeders. Ask the trade and all will say , it's really hard to secure good stock, i'll bid/offer on eight and get two!

For 20500 theres quite a bit to not like
duck tail wrong colour, tacho needles look horrible, blinkers moved, cam covers wrong colour, contact breaker cover wrong colour, handle grips and bar ends not original, frame wrong colour, rubbers missing from cylinder head fins, pipes not original etc etc

Its a bloody ripper bike, but not original enuff for me to get 20K.....Ususally I wouldnt be so picky, but hell its 20K!

..I'm not for a minute saying this bike is worth the $20,500.. JUST REMEMBER..... I think values will increase....something I probably don't want as it locks a lot of genuine enthusiasts out of the market (too expensive) and others don't want to use them or RIDE THEM with '' GUSTO '' as there now valuable classics.......look at the increasing demand and price of second hand parts......BS If you ask me....they are meant to be ridden not hidden

Yeh you might as well ride em hard now as NO ONE will want them in the future cos there old clankers!! apperently!

Not getting too excited Paul, but are you indicating that you could be looking at selling?
