The Katana Daisho 1100 is for sale

My knees can no longer bend for more than 10 minutes to ride this beast and is a really regretful sale. But it needs to be ridden and not hidden. Will be a very sad day when it goes.

That's such a shame Tom! Age does suck doesn't it? I have a bit of a knee issue on my Kat too but I've figured a way to ride around it, so I can understand the (k)need to sell... (sorry couldn't resist )

    Dam Tom!
I suppose you’ve considered and rejected any possibility of changing the seating position?
Pegs down n forward, bars up n back...

Could swap you the GS outfit, but you would feel ripped off...

All the best Tom as it not a sale you want to do. I no longer ride since being taken out on a ride day at Eastern creek so take care mate.

I have actually thought in depth about doing that but would ruin the bike. The set up is actual tighter, knees bend greater than a stock Kat and I have issues even riding BIGKAT.

Idea of the trade does actual interest me as I love ridding the sidecar but with the cost of freight would cripple the deal.

    See you soon.

Hi Tom, why do knees have to be a buzzkill? Sorry to hear you are having to part with the outfit. I remember when we inspected it and was amazed at the quality of fabrication and engineering design that has been put into the build, perfect in every way. The extra pics are stunning and showcase the quality of your Daisho Kat outfit. All the best with the sale mate and see you in four weeks.

    Cheers,
    Glen.

    Tom,
There are plenty of knowledgeable blokes in WA could hook a comfy bike to a chair for you.
They tend to love a GSX1400
