    Hey fellas, another quick question.
I want to register bike in NSW before starting on it, I'm sure carbs need tuning in.
Haven't done that in over 30 years, looking at purchasing a synchronizing kit from ebay.
Do they all work the same? Any experience with particular brands etc?

Was wanting opinions on the mods and suggestions to go about it, I love the Kats, an icon really.
2 bike option isnt far away, one restored to original specs, and this one.
Not concerned at all with aesthetic opinions of others, other than suggestions to tie it all in together, hence my post on parts above.
All good, no drama. Two (or more) Kats in the shed is a wonderful situation to be in and having a stock(ish) Kat and a custom Kat makes for a happy life. Looking forward to seeing your Kat project unfold.

    Cheers.

    Swing Arm

I got a late model swing arm when I brought my bike , the X owner had a idea of using this and I've had it hanging around since , if you want to use it feel free to ask , by cutting off the mono brackets it could have mounts for twin shocks instead, cheers Pat.IMG_7640 (2).JPGIMG_7639 (2).JPG

This is what I have and am quite happy with it:

Preservation before restoration - they are only original once

I'd say it's off one of those 2OOO model Suzuki's ,that was a thing in the naughties to customize the older bikes with.
