Not sure if any of you can help with this, theres a repairable write of I'm looking at.
$4500, can use wheels, disks, Brembo calipers and ohlins front and back.

One of the forks has a small ding in lower tube, not an accute angle bend, just a small ding. Is this a major issue to fix?
I'll get on the phone tomorrow to suspension places but if anyone has had experience with this please advise.

    Thanks in advance

    Thanks in advance.

Have you seen the write off in person?
I would say you may have to replace the chrome tube that is dinged.
Seals can be slightly forgiving but not on noticeable dings.
And if it has been hit from the side to the front end there is also a possibility that fork outer could be now ovalled shaped?
Forks are pretty strong these days but they can be stuffed by the slightest hit? If that makes sense?
I would personally want info on the type of accident and have a real good look over the bike.
Have you looked on Ebay and such for individual parts for an idea on prices.
4.5K might be good but it may blow out to 5 or more grand if the wheel has a warp and replace chrome tube.

    Thanks Nige,

I have looked at individual parts, would be at least 2k more.
Been told all is ok regarding parts needed.
