    Hi Phil,
That accident shot is a bit of an eye-opener!! Wow! This was the accident where you and Peter were out riding when it happened?

I'm glad you are ok, the bike can clearly (and has been) rebuilt. Very nice job on that by the way.

    Why as an SD though?
    Cheers

    Hi Glen,

The rebuild is a long time coming but I'll get there one day. I gave myself 1 year to get it done. That was 2 1/2 years ago... I'll certainly put up some posts when its getting closer. I have most the bits now...

    Regards,
    Phil

    Hi Rob,

Yes that was the same accident with Peter... I can still hear it.

I don't have too much reason for an SD except I simply wanted it black... It will match the rest of the bike as the rebuild won't be standard colours or look.

    Regards,
    Phil

    Hi Phil,
Those photos of your wrecked Kat are quite sobering, and I imagine the sound will stay with you for quite a while.

Yes, black is good, the 'new' motor looks fabulous! The rebuilt bike sounds intriguing, please put some pictures up when you get things together. I look forward to following its development.
    Cheers
    Rob
