Funny as,
but seriously! Every one at some time or another thought this would be a good idea - even these guys right up until it went pear shaped

It's funny to see some of these people. I like the custom chopper that sends his rider over the side followed by the bike. :p :D

Loading bikes makes me nervous as hell - as well as the drive with them tied up in the back, and then unloading them........

And these are only the ones which have been filmed.I had my bike towed not long ago and yes it makes you very tense watching them load it and then keep it on there.

I know exactly how you were feeling. When I recall the event of Mother's day, I remember the anxiety I had watching my bike loaded on the flatbed and being hauled away. And that was from a "Professional". There's definitely a right way and a wrong way. :geek:

Me too, when I loaded the WW onto trailer to get certification I had sweaty paws.... Took 20 minutes to sort out the tie-downs and feel happy about them. I had booked a bike trailer, figuring that the wheel rails would be lower than a flat bed and the ability to step though the trailer rather than up on to it would make it easier and safer to load and unload. Get to the hire place at sparrows on the big day to be greeted by blank looks... just standard trailer and a ramp. They knocked off $20.

Watching that video I would never attempt to load a heavy bike on the back of a high ute. Madness.

I like the one where 8 people are there and they still feel it's easier to ride it up.
