Hi Eric, glad to hear you are back mate. Now, take two good nips of Rum and hit the rack and we'll Kat-ch up later - like maybe Friday?

Cheers.

Hi Eric
Grab as much rest & relaxation before you head out again ( or as my dad used to call it "Raving & Rooting" )
Hope you get some riding time in whilst your home

Cheers

Thanks Max, yep have found my Kat mojo again, black Kat beware :)

haha, a well deserved 'small' bourbon indeed Stuart, I picked up a bottle of Beams 'Bonded' in duty free last week and plans are to crack it today or tomorrow once b Kat is finished, yes readers FINISHED

Nick, I had a good look at the 6fiddy yesterday, she is a mess, it is retrievable but only just. The main factor will be the cost, I know we all know a full resto will cost (usually) more than the bike is worth but this little fella would push that to the realms of craziness.

To be honest I will probably use it to practice on eg strip/rebuild engine/ forks/ gearbox etc, painting and wiring as although I can bolt bits on and off a frame I have never had much to do with the full tear down, inspect and refurb side of things.
(must also apologize Nick, I left a little something in way of thanks with Nige but overlooked yours :(, it'll be in the post Monday to Nige's place)

That's ok mate as when i seen the bike a thought this would be a spares bike as so much work and parts are required and in saying that if you want to give it a full resto then do it.
