Hi All,
Been busy for the last 12 months or so, barely ridden my bike at all:evil: been poking my head in here now and then.

Anyway, i just got a set of Keihin CR Race carbs, dont really know anything about them yet, stil researching.
Has anyone here had anything to do with them and a GS1000?48854886

August 6th and 7th isn't far away, are you joining us for S.O.O. this year Tim?

Cheers.

Hope the trip to Japan works out for you Tim, haven't been there myself - yet.

Cheers.

Cheers Pete,
Hope to back on the bike a bit more, but unfortunately that bloody work thing gets in the way. Your Kat progress looks good!

Got these on my 750 (now 816cc). have had some troubles getting them tuned right to match the engine being non-stock but have now booked in for a dyno (500kms away nevertheless...) so I cant wait to see how they perform.

Started with pod filters but have now removed and put on the velocity stacks thinking this might alleviate some of the tuning issues - alas not so.

Ive got 29mm, but im wondering if i should have gone 31mm being a slightly modified donk - both are recommended for 750 with 33mm for race application.

Cheers
Rusty

Cheers Rusty,
I got these from a cousin in Japan, i have a feeling they came off a CB750, but not 100 percent. I need to get back to Australia and start playing around to see how they will go on my G.
